We're On Our Way!

It's official! L&M Designs is one of the designers that have been accepted into the CharityWorks Green House, the first carbon neutral Decorator Showhouse in the Mid-Atlantic Region! Woo Hoo!

This is the debut of my "Behind the Green Scenes" blog that I will be filling up with ALL of the down low on what REALLY happens when you're working on a showhouse...from now until the opening day of the GreenHouse in October you'll follow me in my stiletto clad footsteps every step of the way. Believe me, there's a lot of drama going on, and you won't want to miss a thing. In fact, I'll include a link here to my appearance on the CBS Early Show from a couple of years ago when I participated in the NSO Decorator Showhouse...way cool, huh? National news from little old me! Check it out at:

To fast forward and catch you up on this latest, amazing project, I'm going to just copy and paste an article that my friend (and editor) Susan Dickensen at Home Accents Today Magazine wrote about my latest adventure. Read this and you'll find out the scoop on the entire project, including my fellow designers who will also be bringing Sustainable Luxury to the forefront of design news...everywhere. Check it out, be sure to click on FOLLOW so you can keep track of me (yikes!) and my blog, and let the fun begin!

Be sure to comment on Susan's post...she'll totally dig it!

Oopsie, I almost forgot to link you to the Facebook page for the CharityWorks Green House. And be sure to become a FAN of L&M Designs while you're at it...have a GREAT weekend!
